循经太极公益活动

2019年9月1日，中国循经太极的爱好者们，在许志明老师的带领下，在南礼士路公园（原小月坛公园）进行了交流和操演活动。活动中，许老师着重对倒卷肱和左右揽雀尾动作进行了精讲，几个动作中的阴阳转换、六合与武学意义等精微之处，参照全体大用功谱点明其行功要旨，学友们按要求操演后，都有了新的体悟。
之后大家跟着许老师一起进行了中国循经太极拳24式的整体套路演练，整体流畅而连绵不绝，也为当地晨练的首都群众所围观和称道，对太极拳全民健身起到了良好的宣传作用。

11月3日，位于北京区的循经太极的新老学友11人一起于北京南礼士路公园集合在一起，他们在许志明老师的讲解下，依据《中国循经太极拳24式教程》一书，对循经太极拳进行了一次集体研修。同时也响应着人民日报的体育板块的号召，进行了一次人民太极的公益活动。
