比如说金锋抖肘是阴手穿掌而出，阴手抖肘收回，那么我们到底是出去的力量大，还是收回来的力量大一些呢？或者进出的力一样大？这也是许多学子疑惑的问题。

事实上，许多学子容易出现的现象是：出去的力量一大了，收回来的力量就小了，反过来也一样。

有些人甚至练成了机械操，就是出去后，要停顿一下。抖肘收回来后，也要静止一会，失去了圆转如环，气脉运转的效果。这是因为你的心力不够，只能兼顾某一方面，顾得了头，就容易忘记尾。

这是为什么呢？这是因为气脉不通，元气不足，心力不够的原因。这样强行用力穿掌伸直而出，由于身体中的元气不足，是以意催气，结果气是到了手掌，但是由于气不足，中间就断开了。这样抖肘的时候，气就收不回来了。

这也是为什么老师说，上等根器之人，是一听就会，一看就懂的原因。神为气之帅，看到了，听到了，心领神会之后，以心行气，气推形动，自然而然就把功夫（动作）给把握了（这是以形鉴真而言）。

至于以音弘法呢，老师除了在《万隆法语》持颂法里面有相关介绍外，其他方面并没有详细的教学。

是老师不教吗？不是的。因为当你通过习文练武，把体内的这团元气培养壮大之后，一读书，体内的元气自然就得到了震动，此时怎么读，怎么念（声音的大小，速度的快慢），尽在于自知自感于内功之中。

那么对于非上根器之人怎么办呢？仅以我个人的经历的经历来叙说一二，供诸同道参考！就是要通过读书，包括功谱，文章，结合练功一步步地去感知，去探索，去体悟。

上通太阴起大指，滚转小臂裹金风。

金风渺渺发云门，玄华内执玄阴中。

手太阴肺经，是起于中府、云门，行经手臂到达拇指桡侧端，所以说上通太阴起大指。那么 “滚转小臂裹金风”，“金风渺渺发云门”的金风是什么？

这时再练横运太极，又有不同的感受。可能许多学子，练循经太极，练横运太极的时候，好像跟社会上的功夫也没有什么明显的不同啊，从而产生了疑惑：不是说正宗和散流不一样吗？我怎么体会不出来--这其实是基础没打好。

同样的，练虎坐抱球后的游龙分封（循经太极拳的野马分鬃和揽雀尾），和练横云太极的感受强弱也是不一样的，这就形成了功夫的层次和差距。

“道妙循环十二经”的道妙体现在哪里呢？体现在他超越了医学上经络，体内真气的运动，不再是单纯的按医学上十二经的流序运转了。

前晚所写的“练习金锋抖肘时，就要注意气脉的连通：上下的气脉要畅通，左右的气脉要贯穿，前后的气脉要连接，内外的气脉要运转”，这里说一下左右的气脉贯穿问题。

在宗风里面，有金风吹脉一法，也叫金气小周天。医学里面，人体的左右肺经是不直接相连的。但是在宗风武学里面，通过两边的云门给连通了。

《真元宝笈》：“掤手照面，此际十指的展动现出小指循于背、大指循于胸。手太阴，手太阳的内外循环，气机的连绵迅进……带动了足阙阴肝经等经”。

“掌上五指随缘应”，亦是如此。哪个手指为轴，以及外在手形的变化，都会影响到内在气机运转。同样内在的气机变化，也会影响到外在的手形以及动作。

“尺桡二骨应机转，掌上五指随缘应”，这两句讲的机缘是什么？自己一个人无为而练，体内真气启动了，运转过程中，使外在手形和动作产生变化，这是机缘。

老师根据你的身体条件，以及练功的进展，调整你的动作和手形，以形导气，也是一种机缘。那么如何把握，要多练功，多读书。如人饮水，冷暖自知。

“周身威然金气爽，阴阳升降产玄通”，要把握金气的运用，使金气运转到周身，敛气为上。要开合有度，升降有序，这样才能“产玄通”。

“反复抖动应神化，后击肩背前展胸”，这里强调了抖动的重要性。在真元宝笈里写道：“此际壬抻督挤的蓄势达到极致……肩部酝酿着一个反向的动力，从云门穴沿臂内侧向拇指形成冲击的潜流，其他诸经亦有类似。自然而然的形成内置前穿之势，向前激荡而出。

传统的功夫强调内敛，就像玉环桩一样，出去时一尺，回来时要收回一尺半，这样才能把元气收敛内藏，日渐壮大。

”神化“的意思是，到了一定阶段以后，是真气的推动形体反复抖动，不再是后天的意识在指挥了。
