2023年暑假先天太极拳三十六势专修体会

此次参加中心举办的先天太极拳三十六势专修，参照了韩老师和刘老师的心得体会后，重复部分不再赘述，只把心得归纳为以下几点。

第一，坐胯。要切实的把胯坐下去再扭腰。

第二，坐胯后通过转动腰带动肩肘腕手自然动，而不是在那里“玩”手。以野马分鬃为例，体会较明显。

第三，放松、坐胯松腰，上身直，不要弯曲，是为了形成身体的负压（这样才能吸气）。

第四，后腿蹬，不是摆样子，是要学会、找到后腿蹬的时候怎样用力。

第五，即使是同一种功夫，不同体质、年龄、性别的人锻炼方式方法的侧重点可能不同，不要盲目攀比其他人的锻炼强度、时间、数量。

第六，锻炼过程中，如果持续某个部位不舒服，不要用宗教式的热情“坚持”，要及时请教老师。

第七，易与太极，爻与胯膝踝肩肘腕的对应，好像有一点点体会了。

第八，每个动作都有标准，都可以检验（“以形鉴真”）。可以蒙自己，但是糊弄不了别人。我体会不到，或者说不能每次都体会到，只能说明我的功夫没练到。

第九，老师每节谱文讲解课的倒数第二张图片都在强调谱文的重要性。“以文观意”。

感恩师法祖！感恩郑老师！感恩中心的每一位老师和工作人员！

教授说，师尊的宏愿是“更愿春风行千里”，希望我们能“为往圣继绝学”，“遍洒华夷焕春风”。
