学习先天三十六势感想：
首先感谢北京循经太极拳中心，感谢郑老师能搭建这个平台，让我结识那么多优秀的老师和学友。非常感谢陈老师和王老师，今生能跟随二位老师学习丹经武学，是学生我的荣幸。此次学习三十六势，我被“先天”二字深深吸引。在纷繁复杂的社会风气和各种生活重压之下，人人都变得焦虑、紧张、造作和无所适从，而“天真，归真，先天，自然……”的东西是何其宝贵。果然，在学习过程中，陈老师渊博深厚的文化底蕴，以及对太极拳极其精准的解读，让我感受到了前所未有的喜悦，老师不停地强调，放松！而最自然的，最和谐的才是真实的自己，这“先天”二字强调了人内心要返璞归真。特别喜欢陈老师说的：“没有对错”，倒不是给自己打错招式找借口，就是这种平和的心态，是需要落实在生活点滴之中。想打好太极，心态也一定是“太极”的，有阴就有阳，一切都是圆的（上下左右立体圆），在各种无形的螺旋（左右拧）中，体会自然大道。我喜欢和向往这种天人合一的状态。这样抻筋、起脚、坐跨、垂肘……渐渐使我们的体态能够优化，逐渐走向气血循环的日月经天，如同天体在太空中沿着固定的轨迹运行，达到整体的如环无端的循行。
最后表个决心，一定好好锻炼，好好总结，认真学习谱文，认真反思，常思常问，努力打掉自己身上的不良习气，不辜负老师的辛苦付出！
