此次的三⼗六式先天太极拳班时间是在这样的三伏天⾥，据说
北京的天⽓尤其的热，⼼⾥真是有些打怵，但是曹⽼师带队，⼤连
的好友们⼏乎都参加，怕留遗憾也跟着队伍去北京圆太极梦。原本
对太极拳特别喜欢，受⽼妈的熏陶对太极拳⼀点不陌⽣，⽼妈就打
太极拳太极剑还有太极扇，妹妹给她拍过⼀张照⽚，⽼妈身着浅兰
⾊太极服背着⼀把剑，迎着阳光打剑归来，看着很有英姿飒爽的感
觉，很好看！
到中⼼的训练出乎了想象，休息以五分钟最多⼗分钟为限，从
5.30开始晨练⼀天下来强度很⼤，但是⼤家都不觉得累，陈教授讲课
幽默⻛趣，⽐喻形象⽣动，课堂时常爆发出哈哈的⼤笑声。⽐
如……拎着菜篮去买菜，⽣⽓了，把菜扔了还蹬⼀脚……，⼀连串
的动作就记住了，7天⾥就把36式都学完了。陈教授有教⽆类，不论
谁提出问题都耐⼼解答，授之以渔，毫不保留，能感受到⽼师恨不
得把所学都教给我们。
当我第⼀天刚刚踏进中⼼的时候是感觉地⽅⼩了些，随着⼀天
天的学习，不知不觉中空间好像变⼤了，有家的感觉，饭菜做得很
⽤⼼，每顿不重样营养搭配均衡，那么多⼈在同⼀屋檐下却不觉拥
挤，闲暇时⼤家三三两两的聚在⼀起研讨，有种身处桃花源不知今
夕是何年的感觉。
此次在中⼼⻅到了王仁伟⽼师，⽼师学富五⻋谦谦君⼦，认真
给每个学员矫正了寒⼭七式动作。在王⽼师的⻰形⼤草课上，我对
书法的运笔认知⼜有了新的提升，⾮常感恩王⽼师。中⼼还安排⽂熙⽼师带领⼤家学习《师恩篇》等，宗⻛脉传，离不了真师，徒访
师三年师访徒三年，丹经武学传承不易，要珍惜，谢谢⽂熙⽼师的
付出。
学习中以前都是群⾥的初步印象，如今⻅到真⼈更进⼀步了解

等等，在这样的学习氛围队伍中我被裹挟着前进，受益匪浅，学友

哪个功法增肥……学友们都很棒，对我们新学员很是⿎励和照顾，
七天⼀眨眼功夫就过去了，⼤家相约明年这个时候中⼼再聚，还未
分开就已期待！

以前我不⼤出汗，也不喜欢出汗，所以身体是各种淤堵，三⼗六式
的特点就是放松，坐跨松腰及各种拧，做完很舒服。七天的操练，
真有点会功夫的感觉，武侠梦也开始初⻅苗头，哈哈（原来有⼏个
难度⽐较⾼的动作⽐如⼿掐太极我是做不到位的，⼏天的训练下来
再做的时候，发现竟然很容易了，陈教授说我们功⼒⼤增，哈哈）
