以我个人的体会，动功的作用是以脉流为主。通过动作来引导，促进气机在相关的脉道里运转。


定式则是以脉通为主。由于他也有运动，气血沿着相应轨迹运行后，脉道打开了。那么到了相应的位置，停止下来静立。他静止下来之后，这时气血就会在这相应的脉道上一直运化。
