Infuse Weapon is not a skill you actively use like a typical skill gem; rather, it's a passive skill granted through the Elemental Infusion Ascendancy node on the Amazon Ascension tree. To access this node—and therefore the Infuse Weapon skill—players must first complete one of the Huntress's class-specific Ascendancy Trials:either the Trial of Sekhmas or the Trial of Chaos.
After finishing one of cheap Path of Exile 2 Currency these trials, players gain access to the Amazon Ascension, where they can spend just 2 Ascension Points to claim the Elemental Infusion node. Since this requires only minimal investment, it is possible to obtain Infuse Weapon even by completing the trials on the lowest difficulty, making it an accessible and early game-changer for Huntress builds.
