        这个假期没有去外地旅游。而是选择了到北京参加先天太极拳36式专修班。毕业工作了六年，加上三年的疫情，功夫懈怠了许多。家庭、事业、孩子都是一个全新的历练。人事消磨，自己的身体亏耗严重，先天本就不好加上后天亏耗简直是雪上加霜。产后加上两个孩子的日子，还要照顾诊所，真的是生活过得异常的紧张。完全没有了自己，情绪也很容易焦虑失眠。作为医生也知道自己要停下来调整一下了。于是厚着脸皮就像回娘家一样，毅然来到十多年前就踏进的这个小院。心里面安慰着自己，我还是没有放弃的。                                                   
        来到这里，还是这么温暖的感觉。师娘那惠智的眼睛其实什么都懂，就让我好好练拳，好好修养。陈教授的课这次内容也一下颠覆许多认知，以前自己稀里糊涂十多年的拳，一下子溶入新的活的信息。陈教授耐心的纠正，一个动作一个动作的引导和调整。让自己对太极拳有了更深刻的认识。上来之前他们会说你还上去学那么多功夫，你练的过来吗？现在想想幸好我上来了，正宗的太极拳不是哪里痛医哪里，练了这个练不了那个，而是一法通时诸法同。如果我们没有放弃就这么在这条路上走，当然中途可能会放慢脚步，会原地踏步，甚至会倒退，但是坚持了正确的道路还是会靠近成功的。人生不易，见过太多的风风雨雨，听过太多的坎坷不平。终究还是要找到一个心灵的归宿。是后天的还是先天的？我们是执着和追求，还是平和及舒适。或许都需要。
