浅谈玉环桩的内炼

老师在相关的课程里面讲到玉环桩练到后来，是两手要像风像雾一样，好象没有了。只有这样才能做到“沿着手推导引的轨迹循线贯彻周身”。


我看到一些同道练功夫练得很努力，每天几个小时的玉环桩，但是细观其动作，发现力量多集中在手上，并没有能产生内在的气脉流转，这就是没有与时俱进。





刚开始时，因为体内真气没有启动，动作也不熟悉，意念集中在手上是对的。但是随着练功的进展，动作基本上掌握以后，就要淡化手上的意念，这样才能使气机“沿着手推导引的轨迹循线贯彻周身”，也只有这样才能进入内炼。
